Summary
Opportunity
Established 2013, Htet Moe Pwint (HMP) started in the construction and trading industries. Now they have expanded to tending medical devices. They hope to become a household name even more industries in the future. They were looking to ring in their first decade of business with new a logo that offers flexibility, versatility, and recognizability moving forward.
Actions
I based the logotype off of a bold, san serif typeface to modernize and elevate the brand. I also took away visual clutter in the previous design and utilized the simple graphic elements to communicate the meaning behind the brand name. Finally, I focussed on telling the broader story of the brand to enable growth in multiple industries.
Impact
At the end of the project, HMP received a scalable logo that met all their expectations in time for the company's 10-year anniversary. After the final presentation meeting, I provided them with a complete package containing a range of logo variations fit for various use cases.
